Concept and Design
Following the Royal Proclamation issued by the Royal Council of Enterprise, the Realm commenced work upon its first official Commission: to design and produce a Strategic Recreational System based upon the Corporate Realm itself.
The eight Chronicles entered into consultation to determine the scope, requirements and proposed stages of the undertaking.
During these deliberations, The Jesters' Briefings identified that the proposed Strategic Recreational System would, in practical terms, take the form of a game.
Remote Toil subsequently proposed that the game should be realised as a collection of illustrated playing cards featuring the employees of the Realm.
The Dungeons of Compliance expressed support for the proposal, whilst recommending that further consideration be given to the rules and mechanics governing its operation.
The Tyranny of Deadlines requested the immediate establishment of a formal project timetable.
The Ravens of Correspondence recommended that communication procedures be expanded to accommodate the increased volume of official correspondence.
Out of Mana confirmed that preparations were underway to strengthen the Realm's technical systems in anticipation of the additional workload.
Following consultation, The Office of Unaligned Authority proposed that the Commission should proceed through four official stages:

An urgent meeting was subsequently convened by Grand Chancellor Shareholderius, during which the initial direction of the Commission was reviewed, outstanding matters were addressed, and work was authorised to proceed.
